Project Description
The CWZ Series Marine Horizontal Self-priming Centrifugal Pump can be used on board a ship to pump
And deliver fresh water or sea water for ballast, cooling, fire fighting, sanitary and so on.
The temperatures of the media transferred should not exceed 80 degree
The pump rotates anti clockwise viewed from motor
The pump, with a horizontal suspension arm, is a single-stage, one-way suction, axial entry, and self-sucking one.
The structure of the pump body is of mixed flow type. The pump body is composed of a suction bend, a casing, an Air-water separating cavity and a water storage chamber. At the bottom of the snail casing there is all axial Return flow opening.
Inside the rear pump cover there is a sealed cavity, in which seal is fitted. The weight of the pump shaft and the impeller, Together with the radial force created by the impeller is supported by the two centripetal bearings in the bracket.
To convey torque, an elastic coupling joint is installed to connect the pump and the motor.
